Questions

Good to know

Yes — a free 15-minute call or email exchange. The goal is simply to help you figure out your next step, whether that’s starting therapy with me or finding the right fit elsewhere.
Both. I see clients at two Toronto locations — Queen West (M5V) and Leslieville (M4M) — as well as securely online. We can mix and match to fit your week.
Individual sessions are $180 and couples sessions are $245, each 50 minutes. Payment by Visa, Mastercard, American Express, or Interac e-Transfer.
I provide receipts accepted by most extended-health plans, and work with many major insurers including SunLife, Manulife, Canada Life, Green Shield, Medavie Blue Cross, and more.
Sessions are 50 minutes. I offer flexible hours, including evenings and weekends — I’m here to work with your schedule.
Individuals and couples — teens, adults, and elders. I see clients both in person, at either Toronto studio, and virtually over secure video.
My foundation is relational and humanistic, drawing on ACT, CBT, DBT, CPT, attachment-based and emotionally-focused work — always tailored to you, never one-size-fits-all.

Prefer to call? You can reach the practice at (647) 955-1547. Heads-up: we’re usually in session and don’t catch the phone live — so booking online or emailing is the surest way to reach Helen. Leave a voicemail and we’ll call you back.
